If someone had bone cancer, what would a doctor recommend for them ?

In my experience, doctors don’t tell you to do things or eat certain things. What he or she will most likely do is recommend a course of treatment. For bone cancer, it’s most likely going to be a bone marrow transplant of some sort. Possibly chemo or radiation, but I think the bone marrow transplant is the preferred method.
I had osteogenic Sarcoma as a kid. I don’t remember any special diet being pushed on me. The order of the day was to eat what ever I’m pretty sure McDonald’s Pizza has the cure to cancer hidden in there somewhere because I ate a lot of that.
The only thing recommended was Surgery and Chemo therapy. According to my mom the first thing she asked was how quickly the affected leg could be removed.
