I would have to believe that it is a rare or nonexistent occasion that a women gets ****** cancer twice. It is far more likely that the cancer just went into remission temporarily. I do not have much of a medical background, but I would guess that the survival rate of women with a second bout of ****** cancer is not much lower than of those only having it once. She is probably just as likely to beat it as she was the first time around.
We need more information to give you an educated answer.
Is this a second primary in the opposite breast, or is this metastatic disease – a recurrence of the original ****** carcinoma in another location such as lungs, liver, bones, brain, etc.
If this is a second primary ****** carcinoma, what is the stage of the disease?
What was the stage of the first ****** cancer?
How long ago was the first ****** cancer?
What treatment did she receive with the first one?
What were her estrogen and progesterone receptors?
