Can testicular cancer appear all of a sudden? All of a sudden my right testicle had a lump underneath on the inside. It hurts to touch it at the bottom and the back but not the top. I went to the doctor he said it might just be ochitis. I drank doxycycline. The pain is gone, but the swelling is still there. It’s the third day now since I started the medicine. I’m going to get it ultrasound today. Could it be cancer?
