She is 82 yrs. old, she has diabetes, high blood pressure, sever dementia, high cholsterol, c-dif, sepsis, and a 9mm, mass on her liver that the doctors are 99% positive is liver cancer. How long can we expect her to live. We have chosen hospice care for her.

No one can really say. If I were you, I would act as if everyday is the last day and get everything straighten out with her so there will be no regrets.
Are you sure the mass is 9 mm?
That is so small it would be difficult to see on any scan.
I suspect you mean 9cm. How do you know it is stage IV?
We really don’t have enough details here to give an educated answer.
Her doctors who have all of the clinical information are the best people to make guesses.
If she is referred for hospice, it means that her doctors expect less than six months survival.
No doctor can ever predict the end for any person months in advance.
We make estimates based on experience with many other people,
but each person is different.
If she does have bacterial sepsis, that could take her this week.
No one can know the future.
I would say her days are numbered, but what that number is, no one knows. Don’t focus on how much time she has left. Instead, try to make the best of her last days here and treat her well. You have done the right thing in getting her hospice care since they are the experts in handling terminally ill people. Keeping her comfortable as possible is the best thing you can do for her.
