Anyone that has or had Stomach cancer or intestinal cancer before?

A lot of people have rectal bleeding from time to time. If this is your only symptom it is not likely to be cancer related.
This sounds like hemorrhoids, especially if it is just blood on the toilet paper. Still, definitely something to let your doctor know.
Generally, the blood in stool that is indicative of cancer is bright red blood that comes out in the stool or with the stool, or it is black tarry stools, which indicate partially digested blood. This means the blood is from higher up in the intestinal tract.
